Ingredients

- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 3 cups rotisserie chicken, coarsely chopped
- 1 medium Granny Smith apple, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup small pecans
- 1/2 cup dried cherries, can substitute dried cranberries
- whole-wheat bread slices, optional, to taste, for serving
Directions
Step 1 –In a medium bowl, add the mayonnaise, the honey mustard, the lemon juice, the salt, and the pepper and stir to combine.
Step 2 –Stir the chicken pieces, the chopped apples, the pecans, and the cherries into the dressing mixture.
